Project AnCloudy.com improves the operational efficiency of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in China with cloud-based enterprise report planning (ERP) systems and advisory services. The cloud-based ERP systems enable small and medium enterprises to expand their client bases. Consulting and advisory services are the main revenue stream, while affordable ERP solutions attract customers to AnCloudy.com. By marketing advanced technology with traditional finance and accounting, AnCloudy.com promotes the development of China’s small and medium enterprises.

Though China’s SMEs are in early growth stages, they are key to the country’s future growth potential. Through his venture’s cloud-based ERP systems platform and advisory services, he is accelerating the development of early-stage enterprises and introducing efficient business management solutions so that clients are better able to focus on their own specialties.

Qizhen worked on cross-border merger and acquisition transactions in the telecommunications, media, and technology sector with Lazard, a global independent investment bank. He has experience successfully advising China-based companies in strategic development, mergers and acquisitions, management by objective, joint ventures, and optimal corporate structures.

Qizhen holds an undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems from the School of Economics and Management at Tsinghua University. He is an MBA candidate at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
