Summer internships in Africa for MIT students

Summer 2009

Over the course of the past academic year, the Legatum Center has enjoyed the privilege of meeting with many inspiring and successful entrepreneurs from around the world.  In a recent trip to Africa, a number of these entrepreneurs expressed interest in hosting MIT students as interns for all or part of the summer.   Below, please find a listing of these opportunities.  If you are interested in the internship or have any questions, please contact the company directly.

Internships with the organizations listed on this page vary in terms, duration, and location. The Legatum Center is providing the service of listing these opportunities. Those accepted for internships are not considered to be a part of or affiliated with the Legatum Center and are therefore not eligible for support, financial or other, from the Center. The Legatum Center is not responsible for interns before, during or after they complete the internship.
