Zahex, Ltd. builds affordable quality housing for residents of underserved urban areas by developing residential units and offering low-cost financing to prospective homebuyers. In a predominantly “cash and carry” housing market, most working professionals in underserved communities do not have access to financing to purchase their own homes. Tuoyo addresses this unmet demand in the real estate market by building high-quality homes according to standard construction plans to keep costs low and make Zahex’s business model scalable across these markets.

Tuoyo was formerly an analyst at JPMorgan’s Diversified Industries Group where he developed skills in business and investment analysis by working on debt, equity, and M&A transactions. He then launched his real estate venture, Zahex, Ltd. which performs services in site selection, acquisition, construction, financing, and leasing of residential properties.

Tuoyo holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Coppin State University. He is an MBA candidate at MIT Sloan School of Management.
