Rozgari is a job board that connects workers with employment opportunities based on their vocational skills and locations. Employers post their job description and requirements on Rozgari, which sends registered qualified job seekers matching the criteria an SMS message. Interested subscribers may respond via SMS and the employer may hire from the pool of respondents.

Parul grew up in India, and is familiar with the challenge of finding opportunities to begin a career in an environment in which the unemployment rate is high for young workers. After working in international development, Parul is applying her computer science and enterprise development experience to build a web-based market platform that matches employers with qualified employees.

Before beginning her graduate studies at MIT, Parul developed innovative software platforms to transition graduates from school into employment at Spire. Parul gained experience in finance at the Clinton Health Access Initiative, where she focused on care for HIV patients in Sub-Saharan Africa. Prior to that, Parul worked in management consulting at McKinsey & Company.

Parul holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Dartmouth College. She is an MBA candidate at the Sloan School of Management.
