Nael’s enterprise supports Palestinian entrepreneurs in the technology sector by offering mentorship, business consulting services, and access to capital and investors. The business accelerator gives Palestinian entrepreneurs access to support resources and promotes growth in the technology export sector and connections to international markets.

While working in the technology sector, Nael observed the role of innovation in creating economic opportunities and wants to make the same resources available to entrepreneurs with limited access to business services. As a Palestinian citizen of Israel, he is passionate about connecting Palestinian entrepreneurs with the technical expertise and capital that are key to the success of technology companies. He connects Palestinian entrepreneurs to technical experts and business leadersin his own network to build strong local and international business relationships.

For the past ten years, Nael has held technical and managerial leadership positions at mid-size and early stage start-up companies. He has experience recruiting, supervising engineering teams, and collaborating with marketing, sales, customer relations, software, and hardware teams to develop products at the forefront of industry trends.

Nael holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Electrical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. He is an MBA candidate at Sloan School of Management.
