Efe believes that quality education is an important element in lifting countries out of poverty. Accordingly, she is interested in improving the quality of education received by students in the developing world. Her venture, Sky High, is focused on reducing unemployment and underemployment in Nigeria by first providing career exploration opportunities for students in secondary schools.

Prior to this venture, Efe founded a social enterprise – ReviewNaija – geared at encouraging Nigerians to share their experiences dealing with organizations operating in the country. She was also a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers and focused on business operations optimization. Efe is a dual degree MBA and MPA candidate at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Harvard Kennedy School of Government respectively.
