Monique Maddy
Founder and CEO, eZuza
Monique Maddy is the founder and CEO of eZuza, a mobile payments company started in 2007that targets the un-banked and under-banked in developing countries. From 2005-2006 she was Google’s first Entrepreneur in Residence. In 1993, Ms. Maddy founded an earlier tech company, Adesemi, to finance, build and operate low-cost wireless telecommunications services in emerging markets. Adesemi successfully built the world’s first fully integrated wireless “virtual” phone network.
