Marcos Kulka Kuperman is the CEO of Fundación Chile (FCH), a combination of technology developer, incubator and venture fund. FCH is a private, nonprofit organization, founded by the government of Chile and the ITT (USA) whose goal is to bring innovation to Chile’s key industries. Since its creation in 1976, FCH has created more than 76 companies in a variety of technologies and business clusters.
